Terms and Conditions

Exchanges:
Canberra Ceramics will exchange items only if the box is completely intact.
A 20% handling fee will be applied to all exchanges.

Refunds:
No Refunds (please choose your product carefully).

Damage or Faulty Product:
Canberra Ceramics only buys from reputable dealers , an in so expects fair treatment of our customers.
All items must be checked when delivered, all faults or breakages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
It is the customer responsibility to physically check all items supplied, this also includes parts where an item has components. Installation of visibly incorrect product will void any option of having it returned. We make every effort to ensure the items you order are the ones you receive and in good condition. However, mistakes and accidents are an integral part of life and we are not immune from things that are out of our control. In the event something does go wrong, we will correct it in the shortest possible time frame.

Deposits:
We will phone to confirm your order and we will require a 30% deposit to secure your purchase. Balance is payable prior to delivery. (No Exceptions)

Cancellations:
A cancellation will only be excepted if goods have not been dispatched, and usually within a 24-48 hour time frame. A 10% fee will apply. (Being 10% of invoice value of the item).

Delivery:
Small items may be sent by post or courier, bigger items such as vanities by delivery truck. We may only be able to give an approximate time for delivery. So for deliveries where a customer needs to be in attendance and requires a more accurate time, we can have our driver call within half to an hours notice ($6.60 Surcharge). If you give us delivery instruction to an address with no one in attendance or no where to put goods in a secure environment, Canberra Ceramics bears no responsibility.
We will endeavour to safeguard your items as best we can, but cannot be held responsible for weather damage or theft, if suitable storage has not been arranged.
